1. Who we are
This policy is from All Digi Hub ("ADH", "we", "us"). It covers alldigihub.com and its sub-sites (such as tools.alldigihub.com and widgets.alldigihub.com), our free tools, our portals such as School Portal, and our automation, integration and digital marketing services.
For information you give us about yourself, we decide how it is used (we are the "data fiduciary" or "controller"). For information that schools and businesses store in our portals or workflows, they decide, and we process it on their behalf (we are a "data processor"). See section 6.
2. The short version
- We collect only what we need to reply to you, provide our services and improve our website.
- We never sell your personal information.
- We only contact you about the request you made, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing info@alldigihub.com.
3. What we collect
Information you give us when you fill in a form, use our contact conversation, start a trial, use a free tool or message us:
- your name, business or school name and city;
- your WhatsApp number and, if you choose, your email address;
- your message, the topic you are interested in, and the figures and results of a free tool when you ask us to send them to you;
- for portal sign-ups, the details about your business you share in the sign-up questions;
- your consent to be contacted, with the date and time you gave it.
Information collected automatically when you use our website:
- a random visit ID stored in your browser, the pages and steps you view, and which page or link brought you to us;
- your currency choice for showing prices;
- basic technical details such as browser, device type and approximate location from your internet address, as recorded by our hosting providers' standard logs.
Information from others: if you contact us through WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn or another platform, we receive what you send and what that platform shares with us, such as your profile name.
Our free tools work in your browser. The figures you type into a tool are not sent to us unless you choose to send yourself the result or ask us to contact you. The website speed check sends the web address you enter to Google's PageSpeed service to test it.
4. How we use it
- To reply to you and give you what you asked for: answering enquiries, sending your tool results, setting up trials and providing our services. We do this to take steps you requested or to carry out our agreement with you.
- With your consent: contacting you on WhatsApp, phone or email about your request. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- To run and improve our business: understanding which pages and tools are useful, fixing problems and keeping the website secure.
- To meet legal duties: keeping records the law requires, such as invoices, and responding to lawful requests.
We do not use your information for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
5. Messages we send
When you send us a request, we may send you a confirmation email (if you gave your email address) and reply on WhatsApp, usually within one working day. We do not add you to marketing lists without asking. To stop messages, reply "STOP" on WhatsApp, use the unsubscribe option in an email, or email info@alldigihub.com.
6. Data in our portals and workflows
Schools and businesses use our portals and workflows to store information about their own students, parents, customers and staff, such as names, classes, fees, receipts, marks and contact details. For this information:
- the school or business is responsible for it, decides what is collected and why, and must have any consents the law requires, including parents' consent for children's information where needed;
- we only process it to provide the service, following the school's or business's instructions;
- we never use it for our own marketing and never sell it;
- access is limited by role, so each staff member only sees what their role allows;
- if a parent, student or customer wants to see, correct or delete their information, they should contact their school or business, and we will help them respond.
7. Who we share it with
We share information only with providers who help us run our services, under contracts or terms that require them to protect it, and only as much as they need:
- website and data hosting (for example Hostinger, Netlify and Supabase);
- email delivery for confirmation emails (for example Resend);
- messaging and social platforms you contact us through (for example WhatsApp and Meta);
- Google services, such as fonts on our website and the PageSpeed test in our website check tool;
- payment providers when you pay us online;
- workflow and integration tools used to deliver services you have bought from us.
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect people's safety or our legal rights, or as part of a business transfer, in which case this policy will continue to apply.
8. Where it is stored
We work with businesses in many countries, and our providers run servers in different parts of the world. Your information may therefore be stored or processed outside your own country. When that happens, we use providers that apply recognised safeguards and we follow the cross-border rules of the data protection laws that apply to you.
9. How long we keep it
- Enquiries and tool requests: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer.
- Customer records: for as long as you use our services, then as long as the law requires for accounts and tax records.
- Portal data: while your subscription is active, then 30 days for you to export it, after which it is deleted. Nightly backups are overwritten over the following weeks.
- Trial data: 30 days after a trial ends, unless you continue.
- Website visit data: up to 24 months.
If you ask us to delete your information earlier, we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
10. How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), separate logins with role-based access, keeping access keys out of public code, nightly backups and checks on who can see what. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, data protection laws such as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, the EU and UK GDPR, and the data protection laws of the UAE and Saudi Arabia give you rights to:
- know what information we hold about you and get a copy;
- correct or complete it;
- have it deleted;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what was done before;
- object to or limit some uses, and receive your information in a portable format where the law provides;
- nominate someone to act for you if you die or cannot act yourself, where the law provides;
- complain to the data protection authority in your country.
To use any of these rights, email info@alldigihub.com. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we reply within 30 days.
12. Cookies and browser storage
Our website stores a few small items in your browser: a random visit ID, so we can understand how the website is used without knowing who you are, and your currency choice. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics tools such as Google Analytics, they set their own cookies to measure visits. You can clear or block cookies and browser storage in your browser settings. The website will still work, though it may forget your currency choice.
13. Children
Our website and services are meant for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. Information about students in School Portal is entered and managed by their school, as explained in section 6. If you think a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
14. Other websites
Our website links to other sites and platforms, such as WhatsApp, Instagram and LinkedIn. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.
15. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we make an important change, we will make it clear on our website, and tell customers directly where appropriate.
16. Contact and complaints
For any question, request or complaint about privacy, contact our grievance contact:

We aim to resolve every concern directly. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the data protection authority in your country.
